Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling or another behavioral health field. Solid understanding of behavioral medicine and evidence-based treatments for medical and mental health conditions. Competency in cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing preferred. Experience working in integrated medical settings preferred. Ability to multi-task and stay fluid with ever-changing needs in a dynamic environment. Experience with electronic health record systems. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook. Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills.
